Development History of China Theme Park
The development of Chinese theme parks has experienced the following development periods. The first one was from 1982 to 1988. It started with an amusement park. The earliest park was the "Changjiang Paradise" in Zhongshan, Guangdong, which also inspired the theme of the construction of OCT The power of the park. From 1989 to 1997 was the first development period; Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town started from scratch, driving the development of Chinese theme parks.
From 1998 to 2005 was the second development period; during this period, many theme parks appeared in China, including Chimelong, Dalian Haichang, Discovery Kingdom, Wenzhou Amusement Park, and Suzhou Amusement Park.
The third development period is from 2006 to 2015; this decade is the great development era of Shenzhen Huaqiang Fangte Theme Park. This decade is the rapid development of China Qiang Fangte's theme parks.
The fourth period began in 2016. After Disneyland opened its park in Shanghai, it entered a new period of development.
