Xinhualian International Tourism City is located on the east side of Doba Town, Huangzhong County, Xining City. The project is based on the natural ecological resources of Huangshui River and plans to build a cultural tourism ecological market integrating culture, tourism, education, medical care, and old-age care. It will become a model for building a new type of urbanization.
