Recently, in order to improve the execution and cohesion of the staff of the Unite Art, and cultivate a positive corporate culture, Mr. Dong was specially invited to give a large-scale training course for all our employees at the Golden Lily Hotel.

The president gave a speech at first, clarifying the significance of this training. In the past year, our company worked together to overcome all kinds of difficulties, united and worked hard, and created excellent results. These proud achievements are inseparable from the hard work of all of you and the efforts of all employees.

The training instructor, said hello to us passionately when he took the stage. Let us greet each other with a handshake to make the audience lively. The lectures brought us into the atmosphere of active learning scene mode at once, and the students actively participated in it, enlightened the interaction and felt the experience.

At the beginning of the training, all of us present were divided into eight groups. Each group was a team with its own team name, slogan, captain, and learning committee. This approach greatly inspired the team consciousness of each team member. Every member of the team makes suggestions for the team to make its own contribution. Because of this, our friendship is deeper and our team cohesion is stronger.

At the end of the training, we formed a big circle. Everyone sinked their hearts and quietly recalled the bits and pieces we passed together. The chairman also tied a blue ribbon for each of our joint family members. Thanks to we are a team, so we have a common goal, and work harder for this goal. Learning is valuable, and training is wonderful. Through this valuable training and study, we collectively took another step forward.
