Forest Sea Tourism Resort is the first eco-tourism resort in Guangzhou with the theme of outdoor sports. The total planned area of Forest Sea Tourism Resort is about 8,000 mu, and the core area is planned to cover an area of about 2,160 mu. It is surrounded by six major forest parks. "Natural Oxygen Bar".
Guided by the concept of "quiet vacation, fast exercise, slow leisure", it is characterized by nature, ecology, leisure, sports, parent-child, and culture, making full use of natural forests to create a three-dimensional play space, and fully creating a magical experience of harmonious coexistence between natural creatures and human beings . Bringing closer the integration between people and "nature", to achieve a new experience of swimming in the forest and meeting the forest in the ocean.

Unite art group participated in the general contract design of about 300 acres of indoor and outdoor water parks, land parks, etc. It is the water park with the largest proportion of shading area in the industry. All kinds of large trees, air corridors running through the park, etc., can allow tourists to avoid a lot of Sun exposure, feel cool and comfortable.
A full-professional design team of nearly 50 people was appointed. It took more than 2 years from the early planning, planning and design in May 2020 to the end of the residency. It fully respects the natural landscape, integrates local cultural elements, and integrates the environment in an all-round and in-depth way, and explores ways to experience the water through multiple channels, bringing tourists a new visual experience of water in summer and exploring a different water forest world.
