R&F Hainan Ocean Happy World Resort is located in Li'an Port, Lishui Autonomous County, Lingshui.The Resort is equipped with commercial streets, hotels and other facilities.It is a large-scale tourism comprehensive area with the marine theme park as the core.

The first phase of the entire Ocean Happy World Resort covers an area of about 2,000 acres. The project refers to the development model of the Orlando theme park in the United States and is divided into five major zones: Deep Sea City, Discovery Harbor, Ecological Coast, Adventure Ocean, and Medicas Water Park.It has 8 venues including Whale Shark Pavilion, Polar Pavilion, Turtle Pavilion, Ray Pavilion, Dolphin Pavilion, Sea Lion Pavilion, Hainan Ecological Pavilion, and Blue Ocean Conservation Rescue Center.

There are more than 40 sets of advanced amusement equipment supplied by top equipment manufacturers,and over 1,500 species of more than 40,000 marine organisms, with a total water volume of more than 130,000 tons. It is the largest marine venue in Asia.
