Domestic Achievements
On July 6, Hengyang Maya Beach Water Park opened grandly. Unite Art was lucky to participate in the construction of the project. Hengyang Mayan Beach Water Park was built by Hunan Overseas Chinese Town Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., covering an area of about 140000㎡, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It integrates ancient Mayan civilization with modern water recreation experience, and is a water theme park that integrates urban entertainment, leisure, vacation, cultural experience and other forms of business and is full of exotic customs.
On August 20, Guangzhou Forest Sea Tourist Resort officially opened. Unite Art participated in the general contracting design of about 300 mu of indoor and outdoor water park, land park, etc. The total planning area of Forest Sea Tourist Resort is about 8000 mu, and the planned area of the core area is about 2160 mu. Guided by the concept of "quiet vacation, fast sports and slow leisure", we will make full use of natural forests to create a three-dimensional recreation space and fully create a magical experience of harmonious coexistence between natural beings and human beings. At the same time, the project also won the "Golden Tripod Award for Project Planning and Design in 2022".
Overseas Performance
On July 9, Vietnam Panche Circus Paradise opened grandly. Novaworld Resort covers an area of about 1000 hectares, with an investment of more than 5 billion dollars. It is an international brand complex integrating shopping, tourism, entertainment, medical care and health care. Unite Art is honored to participate in the construction of the project. The circus park is a fashionable American theme amusement park in the resort.
On December 24, Unite Art opened its second dark riding project overseas, Tata World, with a total construction area of 5000㎡ and a total investment of 100 million yuan. This is an upward extension of the development form combining comprehensive technology and

The Yaoxue Ice and Snow World Project is invested and developed by Shanghai Yaoxue Real Estate Co., Ltd. It is mainly divided into four parts: indoor ski resort, indoor and outdoor water recreation center, resort hotel, boutique hotel and commercial supporting facilities. It has a basement under it, with a total construction area of about 300000 square meters. Among them, the indoor ski resort covers a total area of about 90000 square meters. The interior design takes the Alps as the theme, with three large ski trails of low, medium and high levels, and more than 25 theme snow recreation projects. The water recreation center covers an area of 28000 square meters, which is divided into indoor water park and outdoor water park. The project is planned to be completed in 2023 and will become the largest indoor ski complex in the world.
